🌿 How to Apply (Based on Pain Type)

For chronic pain (neck, back, joints, etc.):
Apply 3–4 times within one hour, ideally before bed. Follow up with one application in the morning, then use as needed throughout the day. For chronic pain, please use twice a day for at least 2 weeks.

For superficial pain or general inflammation:
Apply twice within 30 minutes for effective surface-level support.

For workout use:

• Pre-workout: Apply to primary muscle groups 1.5 hours before activity to promote circulation and reduce tension.

• Post-workout: Apply to the same areas 1–2 times within the first hour after exercise to support recovery and reduce soreness.

• Be patient during the absorption process—once fully absorbed, relief tends to be deep and long-lasting.

• For chronic or recurring pain, make it part of your daily routine: apply to affected areas after showering, before bed, or first thing in the morning to help minimize flare-ups and reduce severity over time.

How to Use:
Apply a generous amount to any area experiencing pain, tension, inflammation, or stiffness. This balm is also excellent as a pre- and post-workout remedy to ease muscle soreness and myofascial discomfort. Massage thoroughly into the skin until fully absorbed.

For deep-rooted pain—such as overactive nerves, muscle tears, sprains, fractures, or breaks—apply 3 to 4 times within the first 90 minutes, spacing each application 15–20 minutes apart for best results.

For tension headache relief, apply a small amount to the temples, base of the skull, and behind the ears.

Use as often as needed.

Please note this is not a cure for any diseases or illnesses and will not heal internal injuries. This balm has been formulated to assist in myofascial, deep muscle and tension pain as well as inflammation. The ingredients help to stimulate blood flow and circulation when it fully absorbs. People with injuries are encouraged to use it frequently to help assist with the healing process.
