Due to the personal nature of our products, we maintain a strict policy to ensure safety, quality, and integrity.

ALL SALES FINAL

All purchases are final sale.

We do not offer returns or refunds once a product has left our possession. This policy is in place due to hygiene standards and the handcrafted nature of our products.

IN-PERSON EXCHANGES (LIMITED)

We may offer an exchange for in-person purchases only under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • Request must be made within 3 days of purchase

  • Proof of purchase is required

All exchanges are subject to approval at our discretion.

ONLINE ORDERS (SHIPPING POLICY)

All online orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery date

  • Please include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

  • Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted

Once reviewed, we will work with you to resolve the issue appropriately.

If you believe you received a defective item during an in-person purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of purchasewith details and photos.

CHARGEBACKS / PAYMENT DISPUTES

By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.

Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed with supporting documentation, including confirmation that this policy was made available at the time of sale.
