It all started when…

Heather Fay was working as a small business owner and full time fitness instructor at her start up fitness studio when she began suffering from excruciating pain and lost use of her right arm. Not being able to cope with the pain, or instruct classes, she underwent a series of MRI's and tests to find out the problem. After being diagnosed with 3 herniated discs in her cervical spine, severe nerve damage and degenerative disc disease, the road to relief and recovery seemed disheartening. After refusing surgery and trying all holistic pain remedies on the market including several CBD products, with no success of relief she had succumbed to steroids. Refusing injections, she felt as though she was becoming a slave to pharmaceuticals. Heather became determined to concoct an herbal remedy that would replace her need for steroids after feeling her mental and physical overall health declining. 

Growing up, Heather has always understood the power of nature and its ability to heal. Being part Cherokee Indian, growing up she was always instilled with herbal knowledge and native wisdom. During her time formulating an effective pain relieving herbal product, she became obsessed with the studies of cellular biology, quantum physics and energetic healing. Trying to understand why no natural remedies on the market were effective for nerve pain, she began to look into the extraction and formulation processes executed by the most popular large and local companies. Throughout her year long journey of further studies and constant trials of different herbal formulations, she finally was successful in creating a highly effective medicinal balm through a triple extraction process using only organic herbs and barks. Although this balm gave her ultimate pain and inflammation relief, her nerve pain was still an issue. Going back into formulations, she then created a fast absorbing, fast acting oil that penetrated deep enough to calm nerve endings. Using the combination of these two products, Heather was able to stop the use of steroids and has since been pharmaceutical free.

Heather began handing out samples of the products to anyone and everyone at her fitness studio that could benefit from pain and inflammation relief. After receiving much great feedback and a fast growing demand to order the products, Heather found herself falling into an herbal business. Following the path of least resistance and most impulse, she was inspired to create a small business based around Native American remedies, wisdom and alchemy to bring people ultimate relief and encourage alignment by using only organic, natural and vegan ingredients. Heather hand makes all products herself and curates all ingredients with exception of essential oils. 

Herbs Fit Life officially turned 1 year in June 2019 and has since launched several new products not only for pain and inflammation, but also skin care, self care and energy cleansing. When in any type of physical discomfort or dis-ease, we can choose to fall victim and stay in our manifested contrast or be hopeful and break out of it. All of the Herbs Fit Life products are high in frequency, which encourages energetic healing and alignment to keep our customers hopeful and help them to break the contrast.
