Since 2018, Herbs Fit Life has done more than refine an old tradition: We've started a new one. Guided by Native American wisdom, we fuse together herbal remedies with a home grown approach to create sustainable, natural, organic and products that give back to nature. Herbs Fit Life makes everything in small batches from our home in NY. To achieve optimal effectiveness, most of our ingredients take from three to four months to produce, making every product worth your patience.

It was through the formulation process of our Muscle + Joint pain and inflammation relief herbal balm that gave birth to Herbs Fit Life in 2017. During the formulation and research process, Heather (the creator) was inspired to extend the Muscle + Joint product line with additional products for different types of pain and discomfort. Although pain is a manifestation of suppressed energy, we believe no one should suffer when trying to live their best life.
